LIVE SHOW REVIEWS
REVERB 2007
This year the Seattle Weekly astonished us all with an incredible late season music festival, REVERBfest.
The first-ever event of its kind was held October 6th at nine (yes, NINE) venues around downtown Ballard, and featured over 50 acts, all local, and all demonstrating, yet again, the staggering amount of talent we have right here in our own town.
Three Imaginary Girls had a small fleet of writers and photographers roaming the chilly, rowdy venues around Ballard, with loads of word and photos (and even a few videos!) to share with you all.
- The Animals at Night
- Awesome!
- Central Services
- Fleet Foxes
- The Knast
- Ms. Led
- No-Fi Soul Rebellion
- PWRFL Power
- Siberian
- Throw Me the Statue
- Troubletown
- The Whore Moans
Be sure to tell us who YOUR favorite bands were at REVERB!!!
And huge congrats to the Weekly for pulling off such a smashing good time! Here's to next year...

I should have mentioned -- to all our readers -- SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS on the best bands you saw at REVERB, please! We know we missed loads of good ones, so give us a vicarious thrill...

I couldn't find any pictures/articles on Triumph of Lethargy Skinned Alive To Death, but they had a great set and were worth the price of admission, despite the fact that you didn't really need to pay to be able to see them. The "massive amount of reverb" on the drums and vocals worked out quite nicely!

No, we sadly didn't have a reviewer at that show. I was arriving at downtown Ballard when they were playing, however, and I saw that they made a little girl at the corner of Market and 22nd cry.
That's probably a good sign of a Very Loud Rock Show.
